Hibernia Atlantic has deployed a full 24/7/365 Network Operations Center (NOC) and Systems Engineering Support environment.
Prior monitoring of the entire cable system and its active components is performed from CTC's (Hibernia Atlantic's sister company) NOC in Waltham, MA. Systems Engineering Support is managed in "Follow the sun" format between the engineering teams based in Dublin, Halifax and Boston.
